Going to Tapino’s with $5

Ok, I’m exaggerating just a bit. You might need more than $5, but Tapino’s really does have a nice Happy Hour and reverse Happy Hour you might want to check out. It’s their $5 sale–lots of good deals for $5 each. You can, for example, get a glass of really fine wine for five bucks. They also serve “small plates,” each $5. Examples include angus beef carpaccio with garlic oil and crispy fried capers and pancetta wrapped gorgonzola stuffed medjool dates. (I probably mangled the spelling, but the font on their menu is small.)

So, heck, for five bucks, why not?

When: Happy Hour daily (except Monday) from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Reverse Happy Hour runs Thursday, Friday, & Saturday from 10:00 PM to midnight..
