Wine Tasting at Oakville Grocery

Oakville Grocery, up in Scottsdale now, has a number of wine tastings this summer, one of which will be this Thursday evening. Taste Southern Arizona wines from Kief Joshua, Rancho Rossa, Charron Vineyards and Canelo Hills. Arizona wines have improved significantly over the last ten years or so, so give them a try.

And, btw . . . having nothing to do with the wine tasting . . . if you haven’t ever visited Oakville Grocery, it’s worth a trip. It’s like visiting a country store, but all the food items are top drawer. I like to just wander around. If you’re over there some morning, try breakfast on the patio. Breakfast hours are Friday, Saturdays 7-10 a.m. and Sundays 8-11 a.m.
