What a cool event– This Saturday night, pack up the family and head to Sheraton Wild Horse Resort & Spa for a free evening of Native American storytelling and Science. Tim Terry, the storytelling and song program host, will tell celebrated stories from the ancient Pima and Maricopa tribes.
The staff from the Arizona Science Center’s Dorrance Planetarium will help us explore the night sky. Expect hands-on astronomy activities for everyone. If weather permits, we’ll look through telescopes, too.
If you decide to spend the night, special $99 resort rates are available. To reserve a room, call (602) 225-0100 and mention the STAR09 promotion code.
