The Arizona Science Center has a seriously cool exhibit called GooseBumps! The Science of Fear. The exhibit is here through September 6, 2010, but on Friday, September 3, 2010, they are opening the center (free) to adults. You can explore the 300 + hands-on exhibits without hearing screaming kids (not that I don’t love them).
Please leave children at home.
Additional evening options include a lecture presentation at 7 p.m. (free); and an IMAX film or planetarium presentation at 8:15 p.m. (Regular admission fees apply for film and planetarium presentations.) Additional fees apply for entrance to featured exhibitions.
- Where: Arizona Science Center, downtown, 600 East Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85004 (in the Heritage and Science Park in Downtown Phoenix). (602) 716-2000.
- When: Friday, September 3, 2010, from 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- How much: FREE admission.
