Get tips on salads and apps (don’t ask me how to grill a salad!), main dishes, and desserts. You’ll get recipes from recipes from chefs and grilling experts, including Emeril Lagasse, Adam Perry Lang, Tim Love, Elizabeth Karmel, and Mike Mills.
I’m told the book is nicely illustrated and that also there are recipes for those who prefer a turkey burger to a beef patty.
