The Heard Museum offers free admission every Saturday in July, 2010. Thanks to Target Stores, you can enjoy all sorts of free hands on performances, performances, activities, and even . . . ice cream! The website says all activities are indoors (Thank God). Here is a schedule:
Creative hands-on activities – 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Exciting performances – 11:30 a.m. & 1 p.m.
Artist demonstrations – 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Author’s book signings – noon to 2 p.m.
Cold ice cream treats thanks to Shamrock Farms

The Café at the Heard Museum will offer special kids and family lunch options
If you visit the website, you can find out about specific activities and events each July Saturday, For example, July 3, 2010 features some cool hoop dancing and a book signing by the author of Don’t Call Me Pig ( Conrad Storad).
