For this offer, no need to pull out your wallet.

Youngsters and their families are invited to participate in the Target Free First Friday events, which offers free entry to select museums in the nation the first Friday of the month.

Among them is the Children’s Museum of Phoenix, 215 N. Seventh St., 602-253-0501, which includes hands-on exhibits for babies and kids up to age 10.

The Free First Fridays events at the Children’s Museum of Phoenix are 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., the first Friday of each month, including Aug. 6.
