Weekends are meant for leisurely dining and its the perfect spot with their extensive all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet. Impress out of town company to this live-action omelet station, a wide selection of artisan meats and cheeses as well as rotating entrée selections such as seasonal frittatas, vanilla-infused waffles or southwestern breakfast wraps.
The buffet is just $36 per adult, or add Proof’s signature spicy Bloody Mary for $14 more.
