Not sure just how to celebrate Father’s Day with Dad on your budget? There’s a number of things you can do when you’re thrifty – take Dad out to eat on the cheap, go to a reduced-price sporting event, or enjoy a free or cheap museum.

Arizona Diamondbacks Kids Club, game this Sunday
The Arizona Diamondbacks offer a Kids Club for ages 15 and under. It’s a FREE program that gives kids prizes for attending home games, offers each child enrolled a FREE Sunday home game ticket, and allows children to achieve digital badges.
This Sunday, June 16 at 1:10 p.m., the Arizona Diamondbacks take on the Chicago White Sox in a home game, again FREE for children 15 and under registered with Kids Club. Remember, one free ticket per family. It also helps that regular tickets for this home game begin at $39, not a bad deal especially if one of the kids in the family is getting in for free.
Father’s Day, June 16 is also Play Catch with Dad day at the ballpark; however, it’s pricey. Tickets begin at $109 each, and you must purchase 2 tickets for the chance to play catch with Dad on the field before the Diamondbacks play the White Sox.
Phoenix Mercury Game on Father’s Day
Watching the Phoenix Mercury play is exciting! This Sunday, Father’s Day, June 16, the Phoenix Mercury take on the Seattle Storm at the Footprint Center at 12 noon. With single tickets for home games going for $32 each, the whole family can go.
Also on Father’s Day, June 16, the Phoenix Mercury is celebrating Pride Day with a fan giveaway: a Crossbody Bag in pride colors.
Here’s a fantastic deal, spend $50 or more at any Fry’s Food Store (easy to do) and receive 2 complimentary Phoenix Mercury tickets between June 7 and June 25.

If Dad has a need for release or just enjoys the sport on Father’s Day, send him down to The Scottsdale Gun Club where he can shoot for FREE from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
