You do not have to be a Member to buy prescription medications from Sam’s Club. For pharmaceuticals with a script, there is no fee for non-members.
Get all of your prescriptions filled conveniently at Sam’s Club. Their staff will help find generic options, so you can pay less than name brands. They also provide health screenings for blood glucose and cholesterol.
Sam’s Club Pharmacy (566 locations) offers access to your prescription(s) anywhere in the U.S. Simply take your prescription(s) in or transfer it to any Sam’s Club Pharmacy.
As an added convenience, you can also have your prescription(s) transferred to any Walmart store or Neighborhood Market.

Costco
You can use the Costco pharmacy (and get its low prices) without being a member.
Whenever you need a prescription filled, just have your doctor call the pharmacy, and then you’ll pick it up like you would any pharmacy. And you don’t need to be a member to buy your medication either!
Prescription drug pricing is easy to check on their website.. Just visit Costco.com and select Pharmacy near the top of the page. Then, simply type in the prescription drug’s name into the “Search Medications” field.
You’ll see the name of the medication. Click on it and you should then see the information you’re looking for, including strengths, generic substitutes, and Costco’s pricing.
