Ballet Under the Stars 2024
Join Ballet Arizona as they kick off the 2024-2025 season with FREE performances for the whole family throughout the Valley at Ballet Under the Stars. The public will have a chance to see several exciting excerpts from contemporary and classical ballet.
According to the Ballet Arizona website, “Free and open to the public, Ballet Under the Stars allows Arizona communities to enjoy dance in a unique outdoor setting complete with a stage, lighting, costumes, and beautiful Arizona weather.”
The audience is encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair for their comfort. A varied program, ranging from classical to contemporary is scheduled. The Ballet Under the Stars performance is a great way to introduce artistic and visual ballet to children as well as for the whole family to enjoy.
Helpful Tips for attending
- Bring folding chairs for you and everyone in your group.
- Don’t forget to bring your own food.
- There will be porta-potties, just so you know.
- Figure on sharing the performance with up to 3500 other people.
- Use rideshare like an Uber or Lyft as parking may be a challenge.
- Bring a good light source for after dark, your phone or a flashlight.
