Our city is swelling with pride, our Diamondbacks are heading to the World Series! I still love hearing myself say it out loud. We all know it’s been a while since our Team took the pennant and got to the World Series, but it doesn’t matter now, because they’re going this year!
My son was born right before the Arizona Diamondbacks went to the World Series in 2001. I recall holding his colicky little self as our friend’s and family’s cheers and hollers drowned out his constant cries while the suspenseful games unfolded. Good times.
My son is now 22, and our family can enjoy this exciting series as more mature fans, but wait there’s a couple of deals being offered by the good folks at Cactus League Baseball you won’t want to miss.

Put this on your calendar for Saturday, October 28, 2023: Surprise Stadium is hosting a Watch Party for Game Two of the 2023 World Series. Gates open at 4 p.m. and the game begins at 5 p.m. You won’t be at the game, but it’s the next best thing.
Surprise Stadium is a Cactus League venue and is located at 15850 N. Bullard Avenue, Surprise AZ, 85374.
Admission to the Watch Party is FREE, and concessions will be available for purchase.
