So Turkey is in the oven, the company is here from out of town. What is there to do? How about going to the Thanksgiving Day Parade in Fountain Hills. It’s such a beautiful city slightly east of Scottsdale. It’s known as the city with the fountain. Surely to impress your visitors, the fountain has a full height of 560 feet and is higher than the Washington Monument. It is 10 feet taller than Notre Dame Cathedral, 110 feet higher than the Great Pyramid of Cheops in Egypt and three times as high as Old Faithful in Yellowstone Park.
That is a sight to see!
