Wow, what spectacular Volleyball competition at the Olympics in Paris this summer! Do you know a kid that has caught the Volleyball fever? Then it’s time for them to Try Volleyball this September for FREE.
USA Volleyball is excited to launch Try Volleyball, a national program designed to introduce kids to the sport. Participants will enjoy an engaging, informative, and fun introduction to volleyball while also connecting with their local community volleyball organization—all for FREE.
Clinics will take place all over the U.S. and are sanctioned by USA Volleyball and its 40 regional volleyball associations (regions).
Clinics will run from September 13 – 22, 2024. See some facts below:
- Free Clinics: Try Volleyball clinics are free events held locally in 2 Phoenix area locations.
- For Grades 1-8: Try Volleyball is open to children who are eager to experience volleyball for the first time.

- Fundamental Skills: It’s the first step to learning fundamental volleyball skills and developing a lasting love for the game.
Participant Requirements
“Our focus is on fun and accessibility, with the goal of encouraging more kids to play volleyball.”
To participate in the clinics, participants must:
- Be in 1st to 8th grade. (See the sites below for exact age requirements.)
- Register online before attending the clinic.
